One enquiry. One supplier. Your agreement is direct.
Most vehicle hire services send your details to multiple suppliers and call it matching. We don't. Every enquiry is reviewed by a person, introduced to one independent UK operator, and the hire agreement is direct. After that, we step back.
- One enquiry reviewed by a person — not processed by an algorithm
- Introduced to one supplier, not broadcast to a network
- Your hire agreement is with the supplier. Not with us.

Inside step 2
We review each enquiry before introducing a supplier
A person checks the fleet, location, and business context against what a supplier actually covers. Only then do we make an introduction.
Tell us what you need.
One form. Business type, location, vehicle type, hire duration, and anything specific about your requirement. No account needed. No spam. We don't share your details until we have reviewed the enquiry and identified a suitable supplier.
We review your requirement — every time.
Every enquiry that comes in is read by a person who understands the UK hire market. We assess the vehicle type, your location, your business profile, and your stated duration. Then we identify the closest independent UK operator who actually has the right fleet, works with businesses like yours, and is set up to take you on as a customer. If we can't find a strong fit, we say so.
One supplier contacts you. Directly.
The supplier we introduced you to reaches out with availability and pricing. There is no intermediary on the call. No UVH account manager relaying messages. The conversation — and the hire agreement — is between you and the supplier from the first contact.
The relationship is yours to keep.
A good introduction creates a supplier relationship that lasts well beyond the first hire. The builder who gets a well-suited local supplier calls them directly next time. The sole trader who finds a rolling-hire partner that works for their situation doesn't need to come back through us. That's the intended outcome — not continued dependency on UVH.
Why it works differently
The broker market has a trust problem. This is how we solve it.
Three reasons the UVH process produces better outcomes than a standard broker service.
One supplier. Not a blast.
Broker services send your details to multiple operators simultaneously and call it matching. You get five calls in an hour, none from the right company. UVH introduces you to one supplier — the one most likely to be the right fit. If you disagree, we look again.
Human review on every enquiry.
No algorithm makes the decision. A person reads your requirement, considers your location and business type, and makes a deliberate decision about which supplier to contact. Volume-based introductions produce poor outcomes. We don't do volume.
We earn once. You benefit long-term.
UVH earns a commission from the supplier on a successful introduction — once. After that, your relationship with the supplier is entirely your own. We have no financial incentive to keep you coming back through us. A lasting direct relationship between you and the right supplier is the correct outcome.
Ready to submit your requirement?
It takes two minutes. Tell us the vehicle type, your location, and how long you need it. We review it and come back to you with a suitable supplier introduction — not a list of companies competing for your details.

How an introduction works
Before we introduce a supplier
- We review your enquiry manually — no automated routing.
- We do not broadcast your details to multiple suppliers.
- Where there is a fit, we introduce one suitable supplier only.
- Your hire agreement is direct with that supplier, not with UVH.
- Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to hire.
